‘Share the Journey’

PROGRAM
Come and ‘Share the Journey’ with fellow AMBA volunteers and parents of multiples from around Victoria. As our only face-to-face meet up for the year, the AMBA Victoria AGM and State Seminar is a not to be missed event.
This year we are introducing a full day program to get the most out of our annual meet up. We will also be hosting an evening function afterwards at Farm Vigano for a delicious Italian feast.

11.30 | Workshop 1: Bereavement Jessica Lagerway from the Diamond Valley Multiple Birth Association will share her professional knowledge and extensive experience as a social worker and family therapist who specialises in bereavement and relationships. |
12.00 | Workshop 2: Conflict Resolution Joanne Szczygielski, president of Sunranges Twins Plus, will share her expertise in the human resource industry to discuss how we can work through conflict and harness the positives for effective working relationships. |

2.00 | Speaker 1: Dr Katie Wood – Twin Psychologist Dr Katie Wood will speak about the twin dynamic and some of the unique challenges this can present for multiples and their parents in relation to identity and relationships. |

3.30 | Speaker 2: Kate Murphy – Deputy Director of Twins Research Australia Kate Murphy will present the findings from the ‘white paper’, outlining some of the unique issues and challenges families with multiples experience. |

REGISTRATION
We have a number of registration options to cater for everyone needs and interests. Please note that lunch is not included in the registration cost as there are a range of fabulous cafés on campus and we want to give attendees the opportunity to stretch their legs and mingle.
We highly recommend staying on for dinner at the fabulous Farm Vigano. In true Italian style, the menu has been designed to share featuring a range of antipasti, pizza, small plates and meat dishes. The dining room is surrounded by picture windows above the plunging Plenty River Gorge Valley, guests can enjoy enchanting views from anywhere in the restaurant.
